Welcome to Mirai Traffic School (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, including our DMV-approved online traffic school course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Eligibility

To enroll in our course, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Hold a valid California driver’s license

  • Be eligible for traffic school based on DMV and court rules

  • Use the course only for your personal, lawful use

We recommend checking with your court before registering to confirm your eligibility.

 

 

2. Course Access and Completion

  • Our course is 100% online and available in Japanese.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal and court information at the time of registration.

  • You must complete all required chapters and pass the final exam to receive a Certificate of Completion.

  • You are allowed two (2) attempts to pass the final exam.

 

 

3. Certificate Delivery

  • Upon passing the course, we will electronically submit your Certificate of Completion to the California DMV and the court listed during registration.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your court accepts online traffic school and that your information is correct.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.

 

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if you have not started the course.
Once you begin the course, no refunds will be issued.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Share your login credentials with anyone else

  • Allow someone else to take the course or exam on your behalf

  • Use the course content for any commercial or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to cheat, bypass exam restrictions, or falsify information

Violating these terms may result in disqualification and notification to the DMV or court.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, website design, videos, quizzes, and materials are the intellectual property of Mirai Traffic School.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our written permission.

 

 

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our [Privacy Policy] to understand how we collect and use your data.

 

 

8. Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our course content and submission process. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Court or DMV approval if incorrect information is submitted

  • Dismissal of your ticket if you are not eligible

  • Delivery delays caused by technical issues outside our control

You are responsible for meeting your court deadlines and verifying eligibility.
